Title: Legal Issues from an Evolutionary Perspective: Archetype / Lessons
Post by: Natasha on Feb 21, 2026, 07:56 AM
Hi family

From an evolutionary perspective, can any of you share any thoughts/experience/knowledge on this theme (i.e. legal issues, legal injustices, court, lawsuits, etc...).

WHY: What these things could represent on a spiritual level, or what the evolutionary purpose of experiencing such things would be etc...

ARCHETYPES: I feel regarding archetypes they would be associated to 9th house/Sagittarius/Jupiter based on its relation to TRUTH; Capricorn/10th house/Saturn as it relates to man-made laws, systems, authority, etc; but also can see Libra as one of the archetypes based on its relation to the seeking of BALANCE; JUSTICE; EQUALITY.

Interested to see what you all have to share.

Thank you so much!

Hi Natasha,

From my understanding, legal issues correlate with the Sagittarius/9th house/Jupiter archetype and Capricorn/10th house/Saturn archetype for the reasons you stated. Yes, Libra/7th house/Venus archetype correlates with justice/fair play. There are many reasons why legal issues can be experienced and we can only answer that question based on individual context. Let me know if that makes sense.

Namaste,

Hi Natasha,

Like Deva and you both stated the 9th/Sagittarius/Jupiter corresponds to the judicial system in tandem with 10th/Capricorn/Saturn, the structures within government systems. 7th/Libra/Venus can correspond with attorneys. The inner side of Venus, Taurus, can also correspond with how this impacts the inner relationship and survival. I would also say that the 6th/Virgo/Mercury can also show up when there is persecution or for someone who decides to do pro-bono work as a form of service to the "underdog". The 8th/Scorpio/Pluto can show up because of power dynamics within a system and even a "payout".

If there is a specific chart you want to look at that has brought this up and you have questions, I am more than willing to help look at the "why". As you know, with EA, it is about looking at the totality of the chart in order to understand why a Soul would choose to go through a legal issue.

warmly,
Jordyn

Thank you so much Deva and Jordyn!

Jordyn, I was intuitively called to post about this theme because of personal reasons. But, I am fully aware that we are not allowed to post personal charts on the MB which is why I have not posted.  I thought asking it in a broader general sense would at least open the discussion up for the archetypes and different experiences for learning opportunities.  The theme has repeated so much frequently, I was intrigued to dig in and discover the archetypes on a much deeper level to truly understand the soul and spiritual reasons. We always talk about repeating themes in EA and if it wasn't so stressful, it would be comical – like really God? Again? Why is this happening is the real question.  Thought it could be used as a learning experience for others.
If there is anything I can share in a way that does not involve posting the personal chart/details, I'd be happy to share as much as you'd like, or that we are allowed to to make this a learning experience.  Or if you have any examples as well, I'd be super interested in hearing about them. ;D

Hey Natasha,

I can share a personal experience and one of my friend's (who has given me consent to talk about this) without posting our charts. That way it gives the archetypal dynamics and see if it resonates with you.

I have a stacked 8th house with Venus there in Sagittarius, three Capricorn planets, and then two planets in the 9th (both Capricorn). I have Pluto in the 6th/Scorpio and the Moon 6th/Libra, SN in Virgo/4th (ruler in the 9th/Capricorn), NN in the 10th (ruler in 8th/Capricorn). When I had my first nodal return I was in an abusive relationship (all my Virgo dynamics, Libra moon/6th, and 8th house with Venus). This led to a crisis (Virgo) that was so extreme (Libra moon/6th) that I almost lost my life. I ended up having to go through the court system (ruler of SN in the 9th) to get a protective order for me and my young child at the time. This guy was a stalker (8th house) and he evaded the judicial system for years. He ended up committing femicide the same day he attempted to do the same to me.
What this did on a Soul level for me was have me confront (Pluto/8th house) my choices and how I landed in that situation. It forced me to take accountability (all of my Capricorn) for that situation. This led to me learning how to be self-sufficient (still a work in progress), and to be discerning about trusting myself, my intuition (9th house), and my instincts. I could no longer be a victim (SN/Virgo, Pluto and Moon in the 6th). So much so that I REFUSED and still refuse to call myself a survivor. To me, personally, that gives my power (8th house) over to the person who attempted to harm me and my child.
I then went on to use the knowledge and wisdom (my SN ruler and Capricorn) to work within the judicial system (SN ruler in the 9th) to help other women and mom's (SN/4th) to protect their parental rights. I come from Oklahoma and this is where this happened. At the time of all of this, this man was now in prison for life (at the time looking at the death penalty but took a plea deal), yet he still had rights to our child even though he attempted to kill me, harm my child, and ended up killing another person. So not only did this help me confront everything I spoke about, it also helped me to utilize what I had learned and to give it away to other women who didn't have the same resources (my Venus in the 8th) that I did. This was very healing for my Soul. I have never had to experience this again.

So there is a lot of Virgo/6th, Scorpio/8th, Libra/Taurus/Venus, and 9th/Sagittarius, and 10th/Capricorn dynamics in my chart. For me it was about masochism. I felt I deserved all of that. It was that extreme crisis that confronted me with this. There are still some masochistic dynamics that I experienced through my family and work, yet because I confronted this initial big legal/survival dynamic the other instances have been more like peeling back the layer of the onion. Not as crisis inducing. All the same underlying themes of sadistic people I have attracted into my life from previous lifetimes that I have been dealing with.

The irony with all of this is I have a sibling (SN ruler/Mercury) and my mom (SN and Moon in Libra) her are attorneys. Yet, they reflect hypocrisy in the legal system.  That has been a really big "aha" for me on a Soul level regarding my Capricorn. To be integral. To walk my talk. To not present one thing and be something different. They also have strong 9th/Sag, Capricorn, and Libran dynamics in their chart. Only they are at a different evolutionary stage. So part of me "atoning" was to make a difference when I saw others who had positions of authority in the judicial system who were abusing that power.

Part of Capricorn is also learning self-determination to not be who I once was. To accept responsibility and to say (as Rad told me long ago), "FUCK NO". The legal dynamics have been part of confronting my masochism. In a more Pisces NN way for me, I have learned that the only relationship besides family that is important to me, is experiencing family with God. That has helped me to sharpen my discernment too.

I have a friend with strong Scorpio, Sagittarius, 4th/10th house dynamics. Yet she has dealt with the legal system because of having tenants and them having to be evicted after holding her home hostage without paying.  She would help these people she came across by giving them a place to stay in exchange for work.  Then they would never do the work promised and take advantage once they were in her home.  Her Pluto is in the 4th/Virgo and the ruler of her Pluto is in Capricorn/7th house rx. She just always was giving these people the benefit of the doubt and had to go through the legal system on 3 separate occasions for the same thing until she finally confronted it: her masochism. Also to take accountability for her choices (Mercury in Capricorn ruling Pluto). Now she is lobbying to have stricter laws where she lives to protect not just tenants but landlords. This has helped to empower her on a Soul level.  These situations have also helped her to understand that not everyone is "nice" and benevolent.

The reason why I bring up my situation and my friend's is although they are different situations there is an underlying core theme of masochism. Attracting sadists and the need to confront that dynamic. Both of us experienced part of confronting this through having the humiliating (Virgo) experience of having it all aired in the judicial system. We also were judged (Capricorn) for our choices.  This induced another element of humility.  It was up to both of us to know what we were and weren't accountable (Capricorn) for. Yet, through confronting this we both ended up empowering ourselves in our own way. Not dealing with it again.

I am wondering if you have Virgo/6th/Mercury  Pisces/12th/Neptune dynamics.  If there is something that is needing to be confronted about that? You might not but it came to mind, especially if it keeps happening. That's a dynamic with Virgo/6th house. I always tell people that Virgo can feel like a piece of gum on the bottom of your shoe because what you thought you were done with comes back up.  It's because Virgo wants to purge (sextile to Scorpio) and therefore, until it is, it can be habitual.

Hope this helps,
Jordyn

Wow, thank you so much for being so open and raw to share your experiences. I really appreciate that, and admire that. I'm sorry you had to go through all that, but I am happy to see how much your soul flourished from it. These hard life situations, I know, are the ones that give us the experience later to truly help others.  I never really looked at the situation through the lens of sado-masochism or virgo/pisces, but that is a very interesting angle to shed light on.  I do have Pisces prevalent in my chart (both Mercury and Venus).

And Kristyn –
Thank you so much. I am absolutely willing to post it and hope this would serve as a great learning thread to discuss these dynamics from a soul level/healing perspective.

My apologies, but I am having trouble attaching the chart, so I will share the birth data:
Feb 14, 1986 - 5:35am - Miami,FL USA

Evolutionary state: 1st stage spiritual

Context of legal issues:

Have had on and off battles with my husband's son's mother for last 13 years who relentlessly takes us to court and has made it her life mission to fight to keep her son away from his father.  He is older now, and the intensity of this has subsided, but we are still going to court and dealing with legal issues (this issue is more indirect and towards my husband, but this is still felt and stressful)

The DIRECT legal issues with me are relating to my home:
Recently (2022), I purchased a home on auction near my business which would require a full demolition and rebuild.  We purchased the home to build it from scratch and live humbly in the town where we own our business and make a difference.  The contract between us and the municipality(town) that we bought the home from in auction stated that we had the have the home built within 1 year.  Unfortunately, the home was a hoarder's home and they delivered the home full of trash and belongings.  No joke, the house was filled from floor to ceiling with junk. The guy that lived there collected everything you can imagine: from large items like  multiple cars---multiple 2 ton AC units; to the most bizarre of items like boxes full of chopstick covers, plastic lids for drinks, straws, etc... (it was actually pretty funny that as we were cleaning I realized the guy was also into astrology and I inherited an old box of astrological books).  Long story short, the clean up starting taking us such a long time that we requested help from the town. We asked if they could help us with some dumpsters, and they told us they would not help and on top of that told us we could only use the local company called "Waste Management" here in Florida. As soon as we ordered the 40ft dumpster to begin clearing out more trash, the town decided to start citing code violations on us for having a dumpster.  Shockingly we reached out to them, and they told us we cannot have dumpster in our yard despite them being the ones to tell us we had to use that company.  There was no way we were going to be able to clean the house out without having such a dumpster.  Just to put in perspective – we donated two 40ft containers to Haiti, and filled up over ten 40 foot dumpsters of trash and junk, and were still not even done half way done with cleaning it out.  The timeline on our contract was going to be impossible to reach.  The code violations they fine you are $250-$500 a day, and ultimately if they surpass the value of the home the town seizes back the home.  This is what they did to the previous owner.  We were left in awe by their behavior that we reviewed our contract and found a paragraph that stated the Town was supposed to deliver the home to us, the buyer free of trash and personal belongings.  At that point we were left with no option but to sue the town in order to protect us and our home.  We went to mediation settled with them in good faith since we did not want to fight with them, and wanted to keep a good relationship with them since we also have our business there.   It seemed that the town's attorney had made a mistake when preparing the contract for us, and was not supposed to have that line item we sued them for.  So the attorney looked really bad in front of his client.  Basically, they are suing us again for not having the home ready. I feel it is personal at this point by the town attorney.  Building a home is not an easy task and there are so many unforeseen circumstances that cause delay.  So now, we are in yet another lawsuit with them as they continue to try to cite us for violations and sue us because our home is still in the process of being completed

Simultaneously, while all of that was occurring, the gentlemen we hired to do a big chunk of the work disappeared on us with a large amount of money that we gave him.  We had a contract with him that had specific draws that we pay when certain jobs were completed.  We were up to date on all our draws, and he approached us for a large sum of money even though we were current.  When we asked him why, he said he needed to pay his subcontractors.  We asked him where did the other money go that was paid to him, and he was left speechless and could not explain.  He has since disappeared and we have subcontractors coming after us for money that we had already paid to him.  We have a legally binding contract with him, and have had to reach out to attorney to see what we can do, but my soul is really tired of all the legal issues and I feel there is a message and a lesson, or something I need to confront to make this all go away.  I believe circumstances that occur have deeper spiritual meanings.

Thank you for taking this as an opportunity for learning. Let me know if you need any more context on the situation or have any questions.

Love and Gratitude

Hi Natasha,

Thank you for your response. For being so open and willing to discuss this. I have posted your chart below for reference.

I also want to say that it is through us sharing; me and you; that I truly believe it helps others. It can help validate them. What I went through, I am actually very grateful for. Yes, it was hard, but it was that journey that led me to rediscover ME. Ironically, I am not sorry I went through any of it. It was necessary for my own Soul growth. It makes me feel proud of myself for how I handled it all. Especially because I had the belief that I couldn't.

I have a couple of questions for you so we can get to the "why" of it all.

Would you be willing to share the town this is occurring in Florida? I want to pull up its chart in tandem with yours.

Can you also share more about why you wanted to build the home, the reasons you felt it would help the town? The desire behind it. I think this will give even more context to the situation.

Can you share the date you purchased the home and the dates that you were cited, court summons, and the contractor issue linked with court? If you know them.

There are a couple of things that already stand out to me pertaining to your Pluto on the SN, Venus, Mercury ruling your 8th & 5th house, and transiting Uranus through your 4th that has been squaring your Sun and Jupiter who rule the transiting Uranus.

If you have dates for what was mentioned above and the town, I will add bi-wheels, so we can get a clearer picture.

Interestingly, when it comes to your stepson, we can see that dynamic somewhat with your Sun Jupiter in Aquarius. 13 years ago, that would have started with Saturn square your Neptune/11th (13 years ago), then Uranus moving into Aries square that Neptune (2012), Saturn conjunct your Neptune when it was in Capricorn (2018), and then Uranus conjunct your Moon (2019). Uranus/Aquarius/11th pertains to extended family members. This includes step-children. The Sun/Leo/5th correlated to children in general. Your Sun/Jupiter conj. in Aquarius refers back to all of this. Lots of activation with the core themes of the judicial system pertaining to children.

I know the focus is more on your current house situation, but I wanted to bring up those transits & correlations. Especially because when it started with your stepson when Saturn was in the 9th house, the judicial system.

Let me know if you are comfortable answering the questions I mentioned above and then I will add more to all of this. Since you just graduated, I will ask you more questions about what I see with the transits. Hopefully this can help empower you!

By the way, check out your sabian symbol for your moon. https://www.jamesburgess.com/a-celestial-choir-singing.html

with love and gratitude,
Jordyn

Hi Jordyn - thank you so much, and 100% agreed! Everything we go through is the reason we are where we are today, and I grateful for every experience - even the tough ones.   Here are the answers to your questions:

Would you be willing to share the town this is occurring in Florida? I want to pull up its chart in tandem with yours.
Palm Beach Florida – specifically the Town of Lake Park.

Can you also share more about why you wanted to build the home, the reasons you felt it would help the town? The desire behind it. I think this will give even more context to the situation.
My husband and I had just recently moved our business from North Palm Beach to Lake Park (Aug 2021).  We fell in love with the peace, the birds, and the vibe.  It felt right.  It is a very small town. We would ride our bikes around the neighborhood and thought it would be nice to have a home here near our business.  At the time, our new "business neighbor"  told us "Hey guys, there is a home on auction, it has your name written all over it, you guys have to have it".  My husband used to build homes, and always had a dream of building his own home.  We decided to take a shot on the bid.  At a commission meeting where the bidders had to presen, we shared our story with the town specially what we brought to the table in regards to our business, and the reasons why we were bidding on the home; and long story short they voted for us.  The purchase of the home had some special requirements.  The Town wanted a family to live in it for atleast 5 years (rather than an investor purchase), and wanted the home fully demolished and rebuilt.  Their expectation was for the home to be completed in 1 year as it was an eye sore for all the neighbors for many, many years.  As I mentioned, the gentlemen who used to live there had mental health issues, and was a chronic hoarder.  He hoarded even vehicles and boats that would be parked outside the home, into the streets and into the park across the street.  We own a martial arts academy with a big focus on working with children.  We have a beautiful program where we pick kids up after school where they learn martial arts, yoga, breathwork, sign language, cursive, etc...---- with the intention of helping kids become stronger,  more confident, respectful, calmer and happier human beings. We teach them values like treating others kindly, manners, and how to practice gratitude.   We do so much with the special needs community as well.  We teach martial arts to kids with special needs (autism, down syndrome, and other behavioral challenges).  Our desire was to build our home near our business in a town we fell in love with at the time.  But at the time, we didn't foresee the challenges that were coming our way (the financial burden it has put us through along with the legal issues and stress).

Can you share the date you purchased the home and the dates that you were cited, court summons, and the contractor issue linked with court? If you know them.
We presented and won the bid on Aug 3, 2022 sometime in the evening between 10-11pm EST
The official home was legally ours Nov 28, 2022 at 3:44pm
Most recent law suit from the Town – field 9/17/25, and served officially to me 9/19/25
Contractor issue began around Jan 15th (this is when he started asking us for money we did not owe) and then proceeded to disappear.
Jan 29th 2026 8:59am – Contractor sent us a Notice to Cease Interference
Wed Feb 4th, 2026– Me and a few other people who own local businesses spoke at the town commission meeting expressing some concerns.  The town is in financial crises and offers no assistance to businesses. There were complaints about how a town in financial crises is spending money to litigate against a family that is trying to make a difference in their community (speaking of my situation).
Fri Feb 6th, 2026 – Our attorney sent a letter to him advising that he had been in breach of contract

Since then, we have not taken any further legal action, as my heart and intuition tell me to surrender the situation to the Universe/Source/God.  That is where I am at right now.  I hope this information helps – let me know if there is anything else I can share to help.

Hi Natasha,

Thank you so much for taking the time to get back to me and to give me the dates. I am going to do some digging/research.

One thing that stands out already to me is that your North Node in Taurus is in the 3rd, ruled by your Venus in Pisces/1st. Along with Mercury in Pisces/2nd. This feels to me like a repeating signature of resources (2nd/Venus) in tandem with your relationship as neighbors (3rd/Mercury). Also, when I looked up your town (trying to find an actual date of when it was established, not just a year) there has been issues of mismanagement of funding for sewage issues. Very Pisces/2nd/Venus and your Mercury in the 2nd/Pisces ruling the 8th house. Then with the lack of accountability on the cities part, your Moon in the 3rd (neighbors/neighborhood/home) ruled by Mars in Sagittarius/10th they are using the judicial system (Sagittarius) to find funding (2nd house/Venus) to mitigate the sewage issues (Pisces/Mercury ruling your 8th/Mercury in Pisces 2nd house) through finding funding elsewhere; YOU. Through deception. Their lack of accountability (10th house) and mismanagement of allocated funding (Venus/2nd house) to remedy the situation.

As you probably know the 10th house corresponds with accountability or lack thereof. Pisces/Virgo/Mercury with 10th house/Capricorn/Saturn issues can be scapegoating someone else to carry the burden of responsibility when there is a lack of accountability. The city is not wanting to take accountability (somewhere along the "chain of command") and therefore is attempting to find the resources (your 2nd and Venus) to have a solution (polarity of your Pisces placements).

Again, these are initial thoughts and what I am seeing regarding the legal system in your town and what the town itself is experiencing.

Give me some time to do a bit more research to help you with digging more into the "why". So far, this is what I am seeing from a Soul perspective and on a legal level.

It is also interesting to note that your town is invested in hearing the "community", your Aquarius/11thVenus/2nd house placements. Yet there appears (from what I can see so far) a hypocrisy. Even with what you stated about you and other businesses coming together to express concerns about the town's financial crisis and allocation of funding.

When I look at your chart in general, with Mars in a balsamic phase to Saturn and Pluto on the SN/ Scorpio/ 9th this is about REVEALING TRUTH EVEN IN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM (9th house and Pisces).  To not take accountability for what is not yours (10th house/Saturn). To speak of social structures (10th house) through your own personal voice of authority when it comes to scapegoating and putting the responsibility of their choices on others. To reveal what is hidden (all your Pisces placements).  To hold them accountable for their resources without burdening you with the responsibility.

I am wondering if your attorney can do some research around the financial aspect of all of this. To find a "thread" of the town attempting to charge you and your family in order to make up for their own mismanagement of funds.

Ask more questions if you have them of me. These are just what I have initially seen and haven't even posted the other charts. If you have the time to post the bi-wheels of the dates, please do. I feel this will just validate what I have said. In the meantime, I am going to try to find an actual date of the town's "birth". You should be able to post the charts now. I had reached out to Kristin to change the settings for the forum.

As a bottom line and with your Moon (the home); this is a dynamic of not taking accountability for what is not yours. To see clearly and to speak truth to it.  This is all of your Pisces/10th/9th house. With a twist of 2nd house (finances and resources). With the 10th house placements, this is a climb. A marathon, not a sprint.

warmly,
Jordyn

PS- you have Lucretia at 6° Taurus opposing your Pluto. Lucretia is where one is exposing corruption within structures. Usually familial or governmental. It is BELIEVED. It is not like Kassandra where it isn't. Yet, the system being spoken about attempts to punish for speaking truth. I bring this up because Lucretia is also being square from transiting Lucretia right now. It is important to not internalize whatever comes your way for speaking and exposing truth. Lucretia is CATALYTIC.  ALWAYS. She will take on a life of her own when the truth is spoken and corruption is exposed. Anytime there is pushback from the structure that is being exposed, when attempting to silence the speaker of truth, it has the opposite effect of that structure. Meaning; it gains momentum. The truth is heard even LOUDER! Remember that. With your Aquarius and 11th house placements, I am thinking that bringing together a COMMUNITY of those who have experienced similar issues would help. You would have to reach out to those in your community who have experienced the same. Community, your 11th house and Aquarius, especially your Jupiter, to speak to truth to what they have come face to face with would hold a lot of weight. Numbers in community you would speak volumes. You are a Soul who brings community together. This is a hard road to walk. It only takes a "group of one" at first to be catalytic to expose what is going on. The numbers will follow. My hunch is you are not the only one who has experienced this. You might be the first to EXPOSE. Then it comes down to your 10th house placements; standing by your choices (Mars) and being accountable for those. My hunch is there would be a lot of hardship at first, but a legal payout in the end (your Mercury ruling the 8th). Especially as Uranus enters Gemini for the long haul and transits your 8th. It is a choice for you and your family worth considering.

Hi Jordyn,

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and knowledge.   What you are saying about speaking up is very true. Also what you mentioned about TRUTH pertaining to the legal issues.  Recently, I have found myself speaking up in ways that I have not done before.  That is also very interesting around Lucretia, I have never worked with her.  I am currently doing a lot of work with Lilith (she is my skipped step, and right on the ascendant). I know you have done work with her, so I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on how you feel this plays a role in this all.

See attached the bi-wheels for the following dates:
1.   Winning the home
2.   Official legal ownership
3.   Most recent lawsuit initiated by town
4.   Contractor issue (which calls for legal action)

I could never find actual incorporation dates for the Town, but do know in 1923 it was officially incorporated as Kelsey City(original name), and then in 1939 it became Town of Lake Park. As some updates, the Town has officially been served by a massive lawsuit by a much bigger fish – a development company who's project has been halted by the Town. I feel this has forced them to shift their attention from the me, little guy towards the much bigger problem they have on their hands right now, although the lawsuit still remains active.

There is definitely a theme here of injustice that I am seeing.  The contractor issue that is at play right now really calls for a fight and legal action. I was literally robbed and we have been left in a really bad bind.  The typical response in the scenario that is happening to me is to report the contractor for shady business for them to investigate/revoke his license and go after him legally.  But I am tired. I feel I have spent lifetimes fighting for justice (maybe this is reflected in my Mars balsamic Saturn in Sagittarius in the 10th).  I feel at one point, we must learn to surrender and allow Source to do its work.  Believe me, my instincts are to fight, I am a fighter (literally that is what I also do for a living).  I'm a martial artist. I teach my students that you have to master and learn not to fight force with force.  Fighting force with force contradicts everything and it ends up working against you, or causing someone to get hurt.  Instead you play off the person's force and your gentleness actually makes their force be the cause of their own defeat.  In my heart, I do not want to hurt someone's livelihood(I think about the contractor- as shady as he was—as someone who made a huge mistake, as someone who also has a family, a wife, a child, etc...), and even though he did that horrible thing to me and I prefer to practice forgiveness and allow the Universe to handle it for me.  Going after him legally is financially draining as well.  That is one of the biggest reasons I also do not want to pursue any more legal issues. Every time I have a legal issue, the invoice I receive from the attorney is both financially and emotionally draining. The only people who win are the attorneys. The legal issues magnify financial stress I am currently under now and has been a theme haunting me my whole life.  There is a big lesson for me around my relationship to money and lack, as I have this enormous fear around not having enough, losing everything, and always feel I am struggling financially.  This has been a lifelong theme for me.

The transiting North Node approaching my Mercury in Pisces in the 2nd I believe is calling me to find some healing around that relationship to money, which really means evaluating my values and spiritual resources.  It activates the T square between Mars/Saturn in 10th and Chiron in the 4th(Home), really emphasizing the need to resolve issues around internal & external forms of security.

My intuition tells me there is still a task in this life relating to my moon in the 3rd that I have not completed or am repeating with Pluto/SN opposing my Moon. I have been working on  culminating it in the past (29 degree moon in balsamic to the NN in Taurus) ruling Mars in Sag balsamic to Saturn in 10th. There is something that needs completion and release as it relates to speaking up and the release of fear. There is a lesson on trusting as well, which I do not do very well with.  I find it very hard to trust anything or anyone (Pluto/SN Scorpio).

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the T-Square in the 4th/10th with Mercury & Venus  in (1st/2nd) being activated if you don't mind me asking.

Natasha,

If you look at those transits from the beginning of the bid to the contractor. IT shows the whole unfolding of the process you are in. Now when I go back to look at the charts, they aren't there.
What really stood out is the contractor one. The moon in Sagittarius conjunction and Pluto in Aquarius conjunction with Lilith. Pluto square the nodes with Lilith, and the resolution is the SN. In order to move forwards, you have to go back first. The first house cardinal energy and the square to the SN.

On the surface, it shows having to go back through the judicial system, yet again, with the Sagittarius/9th house. To confront. Pluto and Scorpio. The nn coming up on your Mercury with Mercury square your Saturn Mars, "your statement to fight force with force contradicts everything and it ends up working against you". I also see with your Mercury how you feel conflicted because of what you teach (Sagittarius) and the values you have (2nd house). How it must be confusing (Pisces).

I want to pose a couple of questions for you. This regards your Lilith in the first/Aquarius with Pluto there and the resolution node your SN. In tandem with the transiting NN approaching your Mercury. Do you believe confronting would be forceful? Can you trust yourself to confront without being forceful? Do you feel asking for accountability is wrong? Do you feel you have to sacrifice your values through force? Or through asking for accountability?
Something about the nature of your statements also feels like there is a lot of fear around force and asking others for accountability (I could be wrong). Your moon has Libra/9th as its polarity point and your Lilith has 7th house/Leo. Really emphasizing Libran dynamics. of equal giving and receiving. Receiving through dignity and as an act of self-love. Leo. To honor your personal truth. 9th house.

Aquarius, Uranus, and the 11th house as you know, links to our long-term memory. JWG said that part of our evolutionary growth is to become objective (Aquarius) and aware about our fears (1st house/Pluto) that way we don't continue to make the same choices each lifetime. 80 % of our choices are made from our past that is projected from prior Soul memories.  Lilith is where we experience projections (Aquarius) from the patriarchy and the distortions of natural law (9th house). One being submission. Virgo. For women especially. Which by the way when Lucifer stations on November 25 it will be at 3° Virgo. Inconjunct full phase with your Lilith.

Lilith points the way back to our Nature. Pluto there is helping you confront through revisiting the past (SN). To me the SN correlates to the apparent issue.  The judicial system. I feel the judicial system is what is activating what needs to be confronted. The "why" like you originally said. Lilith is the silent roar within us that screams from the Soul a whisper helping us to recover our natural root. If we choose to listen. To release the outside noise and to rest a moment into our root.  Lilith in the first wants action, not reaction. To be responsible in our responses. To be a fighter. You do that with martial arts, but now it feels like that inner resource you've gained from martial arts is wanting application and integration in a new way. A way that is regenerative (Pluto conj. Lilith) and transformational (Aquarius). Your Moon in the 3rd/Aries reflects along with Mercury to use your voice. To not hide it (Pisces). Your Venus in Pisces/1st conditions your 9th house, Pluto, and SN. Equality, intuition and personal truth synching together with that combo.

The NN transiting your Mercury reflects the new choice meant to be made. The actual choice is seen in your Neptune in Capricorn/11th. I want you to feel into that. Feel (2nd house) and not think or analyze (Mercury/Virgo/3rd house). To sit with that Neptune and be present with it. Connect with it. (Pisces/8th/Scorpio).

Your Mercury in the 2nd really speaks to listening from within and releasing any old messages that are wanting to be confronted (transiting sn in 8th ruled by your natal Mercury). The messages that have been osmosed(8th) and internalized (lunar sn). To connect with Source. To discern and not analyze. What is ACTUALLY TRUE FOR YOU? You have that resource within you. It is there!

Neptune in Capricorn is the new choice. Something has to be liberated from the past around these dynamics. Remember that the transiting sn reflects the apparent issues that come up to be revisited and resolved, yet it is your natal ruler that speaks to the ACTUAL issues. Crisis dealing with contracts (transiting sn in Virgo/8th) is the apparent issue. What is your Mercury reflecting is the ACTUAL issue? Then your Natal Neptune being the NEW CHOICE.

I do feel with your Neptune being activated and same with your 2nd house and Venus (ruler of your 9th & 4th) there is a huge opportunity to relate to yourself in a different way. Accessing the higher octave through Neptune. Utilizing your unique inner resources to honor your personal truth. To ask for what you need without force or harm. To ask for accountability. Community is a big part of this. Especially regarding a higher purpose (Pisces) through service (Virgo transiting sn). Your Neptune is trine the lunar sn and will perfect in the spring. Sextile the transiting NN.
Capricorn when naturally expressed is the wise and natural leader/role model for the "tribe"/"community" (Aquarius). Right now, your Saturn Mars in the 10th is square the transiting nodal axis. Maximum pressure to create a choice. One around your own inner authority, authenticity and truth. Lucifer rx in Virgo is also square that. That can create doubts and excuses. It can poke at the most tender and vulnerable places within. It can have us doubting ourselves, our will, and our choices. Yet it is in your 8th house. It can be used as the bearer of light to strengthen at the Soul level.

The last thing I want to say is that there is a very BIG DIFFERENCE between surrender (Pisces) and submission (Virgo). It is used interchangeably but one reflects self-abandonment and self-erasure. Self-abandonment/erasure happen when we deceive ourselves through inwardly denying something to maintain some type of status quo that is linked to what is known and familiar. Venus, 2nd house/Taurus, 7th house/Libra, Cancer/4th/Moon and Pisces/Neptune/12th house issues. Sometimes we have to choose action in order to surrender. In order to actually move through something. Sometimes out of self-preservation and fear we can submit and abandon who we are and our values through convincing ourselves.  That is when submission to "other" or "something" is at play. It takes courage to do what we are afraid of doing.  To do what we feel in our bones we should do. What honors our path. To honor our inner voice, intuition, and instinct. Not what our mind is convincing us of.

Hi Jordyn,

Thank you so much for taking the time to go through everything and share all of this.  This was so insightful and everything you mentioned was beautifully and eloquently stated and makes so much sense.  You touched on a very important thing  that I believe we should always acknowledge and be conscious of  when really digging into the transits:  The "APPARENT" (which in this case is all the legal/financial issues) versus the "ACTUAL" issue (the need to release fear, and in this case it seems like fear of one's own voice). I always felt that the issue with the home(apparent) was actually a deeper rooted issue that had to do with the liberation of old emotional patterns(actual). Especially with Uranus transiting the 4th.   Looking back at my life, I can even see these pattern reflected in my relationship with my mother.

To share a little bit more context regarding the contractor issue – on Jan 8th, 2026 there was actually was a specific conversation that was had between myself and the contractor where I confronted (moon was in Virgo transiting my 8th house that day) him about the financial issue and the obvious problem he had created with breaching the contract and improper demand of payment, where I called him out on his stuff also mentioned I would have to take legal action. I had and still have everything in my corner to win a case against him (everything organized, documentation, proof of bad work on his end, etc....). But it was specifically after that conversation that he decided to stop working altogether, had his contractors back off and contacted his own attorney.  It seems that there is a pattern, at least from my perspective that every time I have spoken up or taken some form of charge/authority that something backfires on me.

The dilemma comes from what I believe you mentioned with the values (having Pisces 2nd) and by extension Venus in Pisces conjunct that Mercury.  Always feeling the pressure from the crescent square from Mars/Saturn Sag 10th to that Mercury Pisces 2nd asking for a new choice/course of action as you stated with the transiting NN approaching.

There is a saying from the Tao that I read concerning lawsuits that I'm currently resonating with:
"Whenever there is a legal dispute between two parties, even after it is resolved, bitterness remains.  How can this be avoided? It is virtuous to keep one's obligations, but the wise go beyond this—they do not insist on their rights, but forgive the debts of those who owe them.  They know that the Tao will reward them by staying out of court"

In my perspective, I feel the easier decision would be to take legal action even though I can not afford it, and that the harder decision is to not take legal action and to trust which is where my heart is pulling me towards. So many people are telling me I am crazy for taking that stance, and that I need to fight to recover my money and for justice, etc... But intuitively not going the legal route is what feels most sincere and honors my values. There are definitely lessons of trust for me in this life, and of learning how to not always having to be in control of all situations in order to feel safe, which I have a very hard time with.

I also feel this chart is a great example of how the stress of the CRESCENT square manifests – specifically relating to how one could not feel good enough or ready.  The confusion(Pisces) of what the proper action to take is really felt here.

So grateful for your insights,
Natasha

Hi Natasha,

I love that quote you said about the Tao! This is the struggle sometimes with 2nd/Taurus/7th/Libra/12/Pisces, others' expectations about what we should or shouldn't do. How that can be conflicting to what we personally feel we should do. I always tell my kids, who both have strong Taurus, "you know you better than anyone else and you need to trust yourself. You can stand in the consequences of your choice when you follow your inner voice even if it doesn't turn out the way you thought because you aren't abandoning yourself. You'll learn as you go.". Consequences being good and bad.

Neptune in Capricorn is interesting. Just to reflect something back to you. I have Neptune in Capricorn, it rules by NN in the 10th. I had a situation come up where I spoke my truth and concern. It wasn't received well. That gave me more information about the situation. Then, without going into it, another situation happened with the same person, and I had to discern whether it would be worth speaking up about it. Which is usually the path I take. I discerned that wasn't what I needed to do. It actually wouldn't be beneficial for either of us. There was an injustice that occurred but using my voice as an action to expose felt like it played further into the dynamic. I also realized it would be me trying to control an outcome when I was already confronted with the reality. That it wasn't my responsibility to manage the outcome.

You and I both have been having the nodes transit our charts pretty impactfully. We also are having our Neptune's transited right now! To me, like I said, that Neptune, the "choice", in tandem with Venus/2nd house stuff is what you are reflecting. To listen to yourself and to discern. To surrender to control. This is where I understood JWG more deeply when he said, "more than anything Capricorn wants to lose control". It takes so much damn effort to control! I also feel that is tapping into the higher octave energy of Venus/Neptune. It is healing. There is a feeling I experienced of letting out a big breath and realizing I was holding it in, metaphorically. Neptune, the breath leading to a deeper connection with our consciousness.

with love,
Jordyn

P.S Regarding your community and asking for what you need, could you ask them to help you with finishing the home? Where I live this is normal. For people to reach out and ask for what they need. You have built a sense of community with the work you do there. I am wondering if there are some there that have skill sets that would be happy to help you all. That way it wouldn't continue to be a financial burden. Especially if they know the situation you are in.  That can foster even more community.
